The music of Grip Monk key is a powerful experience of storytelling with atmospheres and sonic ideas that connects and transports the listener to imaginary worlds. In other words a musical key to your imagination.

Grip Monk Key aka Eric Piquette is not afraid to use technology (synths, guitars, pedals, plugins …) to experiment and explore in the studio. With influences ranging from classic rock to old and modern progressive  electronic music  and a multi-instrumental approach which allows him to create a very expressive music. As a composer Eric is free to create sounds and songs that evoke a wide range of musical ideas and emotions.

His music as been featured in the multi awarded movie À l’ouest de pluton, on national and local radio and television.
